Chaos Techs

At Chaos Techs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be defective, damaged, or not working properly.

  • Be returned with all original accessories and packaging (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by a valid unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product upon receipt.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been physically damaged by the customer.

  • The product has been misused, modified, or improperly handled.

  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.

  • The required unboxing video is not provided.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged products.

  • Defective products.

  • Products that are not functioning properly upon delivery.

After the returned item is received and inspected, Chaos Techs will verify the claim and dispatch a replacement if the claim is approved.

Return Shipping

To initiate a claim, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to Chaos Techs.

Once the returned item is received and the claim is approved, Chaos Techs will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer.

Refund Policy

If a replacement is not available or a refund is approved, refunds will be processed through the appropriate payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 4 business days after verification and approval of the claim.

Warranty

Warranty claims will be handled according to the warranty terms applicable to the specific product.
