Return Eligibility

Be accompanied by a valid unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and product upon receipt.
Note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Non-Eligible Returns

The return request is made after the 7-day return period.

The required unboxing video is not provided.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back to Aventra Techs for inspection.
Warranty

Warranty claims will be handled according to the warranty terms applicable to the specific product.
